Sales Team
Sales teams generally consist of a Vice President, Sales Associate and Event Coordinator. All work to develop and strengthen relationships with clients and speakers and to make the WSB experience seamless. Vice Presidents are responsible for sales goals, serving as mentors to his/her team and practicing the teamwork model. They keep a sharp sense of industry trends, speakers expertise and customer needs, which enables them to make the best recommendations and insure flawless execution of contracts. Associates propose appropriate speakers, create contracts, and support all sales, marketing, customer service and administrative activities. After gathering event information, Event Coordinators organize all logistics related to speaking engagements and communicate comprehensive event information to all parties. They have such a major role in executing the event that they make themselves available 24/7 to clients and speakers assigned to their care.

Production Team
Production team members edit and reproduce DVDs and photographs using state of the art digitizing equipment. They also handle the dispatch of outgoing mail. The production team develops, maintains and strengthens partnerships with vendors and internal departments.

Marcom Team
The Marcom team develops, manages and executes strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve the organization's sales and revenue goals. They create and deliver campaigns to achieve marketing and sales objectives while delivering key sales tools such as the annual brochure, company website, direct mail, sales support materials, corporate communications and promotional materials. The Marcom team also develops, maintains and strengthens partnerships with clients, speakers, associations, vendors and internal departments.

Reception Team
The Reception team greets each caller and visitor with professionalism and quality service. They accurately and efficiently update company information and manage the company newsletter. The Reception team must also develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with clients, speakers, vendors and internal departments.

Information Technology Team
The IT team researches, tests and implements cutting edge technology to continually increase efficiency throughout the company. They ensure the effective, efficient and secure operation of all computer/phone equipment, programs and systems. The IT team also develops, maintains and strengthens partnerships with vendors and internal departments.

Accounting Team
The Accounting team performs high level accounting work in compliance with state and federal regulations. A member of the team has also been assigned to lead and audit company compliance with regard to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Other Accounting team functions include: accounts receivable/payable processing, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, and managing collections for events. They must develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with clients, speakers and vendors.

Human Resources Team
In compliance with federal and local employment regulations, the HR team develops and oversees performance management, benefits and compensation plans, recruitment, training and development strategies. The HR team also oversees all office management functions and develops, maintains and strengthens partnerships with vendors, candidates and internal departments.

Multimedia Team
The Multimedia team produces and distributes a variety of beyond the keynote products and services to include WSBWebinars, WSBInsights and WSBOnlineLearning. Each offering is designed to meet the unique needs of our customers and requires the ability to develop and deliver value-added services for our customer base. Key roles include product and project management, client consulting, client relationship management, instructional design and software development.
