Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State (2005-2009), was a headlining speaker during the Republican National Convention (RNC) on Wednesday evening, August 29th, giving remarks prior to Paul Ryan, U.S. Representative from Wisconsin and vice presidential nominee.
