International Terrorism:The Threat to America
Senator Rudman was Co-chairman of the National Security Study Group also known as the Hart/Rudman Commission. In his speech, Senator Rudman takes the audience through the threat of weapons of mass destruction, the role of intelligence in prevention, and the need to change and expand the role of "first responders" in local and state government. He also deals with the issue of cyber-security, which is of great concern to many businesses.
