He has helped companies innovate and strive for diverse and inclusive representation not only in the marketing and advertising sectors, but as a globally focused initiative.

Jonathan Mildenhall started his career as a graduate trainee in 1990 at McCann-Erickson and rose rapidly through the ranks of the London Ad industry. In 2006 he joined The Coca-Cola Company where he led the “Open Happiness” campaign that contributed to Coke’s most profitable growth period in 20 years, It not only became their most awarded marketing platform ever, it helped the brand secure the 2013 Creative Marketer of The Year at Cannes. Most recently, Jonathan was Chief Marketing Officer at Airbnb where he helped transform the company from a home sharing site of 400,000 hosts to a globally recognized super brand with over 3.5 million.
